In the beef world, the marbling and color of meat, which are evaluated by BMS (Beef Marbling Standard), are generally emphasized, but there are no standards for evaluating flavor. However, Ushino Nakayama is thoroughly committed to flavor. As a result of their pursuit of flavor, Ushino Nakayama beef produces beautiful marbling, fat that melts in the mouth, and red meat with a strong flavor.
Meat quality
Using techniques that pursue flavor, we raise all our cattle in a stress-free environment to produce first-class products. Cattle raised on a specially formulated feed containing more than 15 different ingredients and brewer's yeast have a high oleic acid content and a low melting point for fat, which melts easily and enters the body without leaving any fat in the mouth, making it easy to eat. Ushino Nakayama beef has beautiful marbling all the way up to the thigh meat, and we are confident that it combines flavor and high-quality marbling to satisfy everyone.
